Position Title: Operations Manager

Job Duties:
- Identify positions to be filled, recruit and identify candidates, interview candidates;
- Train and manage staff, including assign duties and schedules;
- Evaluate existing systems relating to all operations of business, including all processes and systems used for supply management (including order execution), management of inventory, master data management and identification and resolution of demand/supply imbalances
- Develop and implement improved systems relating to all operations of business;
- Manage all aspects of business operations, including formulating strategy, improving performance and managing all processes and systems
- Manage customer service department to improve efficiency; developing and implementing improved procedures, enhancing the order entry system, and order processing procedure
- Manage production planning and stock control
- Collaborate with staff, customers and service providers in developing and maintaining operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Language of work: English
Salary: $35.00 to $38.00 / hour
